Jumping straight into 3, 4, or 5 hours of practice without any preparation puts you on the fast track to burnout and injuries. Join me for 7 days to build a healthier practice life, so you can do the work that's required without the pain and suffering. Here’s what you can expect:

Each day, you’ll get an email from me with prompts, tips, and one part of a 7 part system to healthily build up to your dream daily practice goal (that you set on the first day). Over the 7 days, we will create and slowly build practice plans, incorporate tools to avoid and/or handle burn out and/or injuries, and re-define what it means to be a dedicated, happy musician.  By the end of the challenge, you will be ready to embark on the journey of multi-hour practice days without the strain. Some of the resources you will receive:

- Guide on how to avoid & handle burnout 

- Setting attainable goals

- Stretch routine tailored for musicians 

- Keys to keeping the spark alive with your instrument

- Learning new pieces effectively 

- LOTS of reflection questions 

- The Self-Teaching framework

As this challenge is through email, you’ll have email access to me throughout the whole challenge, so if you need me, I’m available to answer any questions.

When you purchase, respond to the order confirmation email (or email me at jalayne@classical-wellness.com) with your order number. I will send you a unique code to pass onto the gift-ee so they can sign up for the challenge for no charge. Alternatively, you can add their email to the order, though this means they will receive the receipt instead of you. 

*disclaimer: I will NEVER tell you to work more than you can handle. We will be setting goals, but the system I use is designed to give the musician autonomy in their decisions. If you are setting goals that are unreachable for you and your circumstances, your risk for injury and burnout increases. In this challenge, I will do my best to help you lay out the foundation to create healthy and sustainable practice, specifically to avoid these things. The actual work and final decisions regarding goals are up to you, so please take that into account before joining this challenge.
